There is a distinct and profound difference between driving 150 miles on the interstate and driving 150 miles in town. Try driving 150 miles over the course of 5 hours. That’s an average speed of 30 miles an hour. That’s also about 50 speed bumps, 100 miles of bumpy poorly paved roads and 10 drive ways. That’s also roughly 100 turns give or take. It takes a much bigger toll on the body than you might think. Think about that the next time you think a cab driver just sits around and drives.
